currently looking for a full-time Systems Engineer. The Systems
Engineer will provide technical and operational expertise primarily
implementing and supporting Microsoft based workloads.
Responsibilities of the position include:Azure Platform
Administration, including IaaS, PaaS, and policy
administration.Responsible for driving automation, including
infrastructure as code.Responsible to plan, implement, and maintain
Active Directory services and infrastructure.Responsible to plan,
implement, and maintain ADFS and Azure AD services.Responsible to
plan, implement, and maintain automated processes related to
identity management.Responsible for all AD or account related
tickets and tasks, ensuring they are addressed in a timely
manner.Responsible for enforcing processes and best practices
related to identity lifecycle management.Create account audit
processes for audit and security compliance.Manages the replication
of directory information within Active Directory and makes any
enterprise level changes to the AD directory, such as schema
modifications.Install Active Directory binaries, promote servers to
Domain Controllers.Create and maintain OU structure based on source
domain.Perform AD functions like configuring roaming profiles,
creating group policy objects, etc.Responsible for installation /
upgrade / Migrate and configure scheduler and agents.Communicate
and report task-level status to management.Responsible for
deployment of services based on schematics and diagrams.Responsibly
for physical capacity, rack layout, user and vendor access to all
datacenter facilities.Responsible for following datacenter
policies, procedures, and best practices; with the ability to train
team members to work similarly.Responsible for supporting projects
and completing independent tasks to meet department
goals.Responsible for Backup systems management and
maintenance.Responsible for Exchange services management and
maintenance.Responsible for Microsoft Endpoint Management (Intune)
operations and maintenance.Performs other duties as
assigned.Requirements of the position include:Bachelor's degree in
Computer Science or related field preferred.5 years of experience
in a systems engineering role.An equivalent combination of
education and work experience may be considered.Problem solving and
the ability to work independently as well as in a team
environment.Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities in a
constantly changing environment.Demonstrated experience with Azure
Compute, Services, and Policy.Demonstrated experience with M365
products and services.Demonstrated expert experience with Active
Directory, ADFS, and Azure AD.Demonstrated exceptional
organizational skills, with experience using ticketing systems and
working in co-location facilities. Demonstrated experience creating
and maintaining IT processes and procedures.Demonstrated experience
with an enterprise level backup system.Demonstrated experience
creating and maintaining a physical layout and inventory in a
co-location facility.Demonstrated experience with datacenter
computer hardware (Dell, CISCO, and other).Demonstrated experience
Mobile Device and Endpoint management.Demonstrated Expertise in
system security.Working knowledge of PowerShell.Microsoft
Certifications Preferred. This job description lists the major
