Job Description:

Our client is currently seeking a Quality Analyst for their manufacturing facility in the Chicago, IL area.Responsibilities:*Report to the Laboratory Supervisor ensuring all microbiological methods meet national, state, and company compliance requirements*Manage all Microbiology laboratory operations in regards to Good Laboratory Practices such as equipment monitoring and calibration, media preparation and biohazard disposal*Evaluate, develop, implement, and maintain microbiological testing procedures and programs.*Maintain all appropriate documentation and/or follow-up as required*Manage internal control protocols by record keeping, troubleshooting, and escalation of known issues.*Sustain a safe working environment for all employeeRequirements:*B.S. Degree in microbiology or related scientific field*3+ years knowledge of microbiological lab procedures*Strong knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and HAACP strongly preferred*Food manufacturing experience highly preferred**All qualified candidates are encourage to email current resumes to jhoms judge.com**UI 685058
