Job Description:
**Job Summary:**We are seeking a motivated and experienced
Roofing Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate
will have a strong background in sales, also unexperience people
can get on the job training and learn about sales and the basics of
the roofing/siding industry and be able to excell at a quick rate!
Excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping customers
find the best roofing solutions for their needs.**Key
Responsibilities:**- **Lead Generation:** Identify and generate new
leads through various methods, including door knocking, cold
calling, networking, and referrals.- **Customer Consultation:**
Meet with potential clients to assess their roofing needs, provide
product information, and offer appropriate solutions.-
**Follow-Up:** Maintain regular follow-up with leads and clients to
answer questions, address concerns, and close sales.- **Customer
Service:** Provide exceptional customer service throughout the
sales process and after the sale to ensure customer satisfaction
and build long-term relationships.- **Reporting:** Maintain
accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and
sales performance metrics.**Qualifications:**- Proven experience in
sales, preferably in the roofing or construction industry.- Strong
communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to build rapport
and trust with clients.- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.-
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic.- Ability
to work independently and as part of a team.- Proficiency in using
CRM software and other sales tools.- Valid drivers license and
reliable transportation.**Work Environment:**- Primarily
field-based with regular travel to client sites.- Some office work
for administrative tasks and meetings.Required qualifications:
