Full & part time hours available

Hiring for two separate locations: Statesboro GA & Vidalia GA

Hours: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm

Job entails

• Preparing patients for X-ray imaging procedures and explaining the process.
• Applying radiation safety measures to protect patients and healthcare workers.
• Operating and maintaining X-ray equipment effectively and safely.
• Assisting doctors in diagnosing conditions based on images
• Stocking supplies
• Assisting team and doctors
  Early days occur when provider is finished or if there is no provider in the clinic.
  
  Education and/or Experience
  
  Associate Degree in Radiologic Technology from an accredited Xray Technologist program required. Must possess current license with The American Registry of Radiologic Technologists and maintain ongoing CE requirements as needed. Must possess effective communication skills to include speaking professionally and clearly. Must have knowledge of HIPAA. Knowledge of clinical office operations and outpatient physician clinic workflow preferred. Understands all aspects of Radiologic safety and compliance. Reviews and understands policies, procedures and guidelines for safety. Maintain a current BLS certification
