Job Description:
DescriptionThe Lead Cloud & DevOps Architect leads the planning,
design, and engineering of enterprise-level infrastructure and
platforms related to Humana's new cloud-based care coordination
platform combining both vended SaaS offerings and
utilization/deployment of APIs and data constructs on PaaS and IaaS
offerings. Further, the Lead Cloud & DevOps Architect drives the
creation, maintenance and function of the related CI/CD pipelines,
automated testing capabilities and other DevOps core functions. The
Lead Cloud & DevOps Architect works on problems of diverse scope
and complexity ranging from moderate to
substantial.ResponsibilitiesThe Architect and Dev Ops Lead is
responsible for defining technical solutions to business problems
across the Salesforce Health platform, Einstein Analytics and
support data services in other clouds (Google/Azure,Amazon).
Architect contributes to the development of the technical solutions
and strategy, solves unique or complex problems that have a broad
impact on the business, and takes a broad perspective to identify
innovative solutions. Architect will be driving the creation of
CI/CD for all the platform/clouds , adoption of those Pipelines.
Architect core focus should be reducing the time to market with
high focus on quality and security.Responsibilities: The Lead Cloud
& DevOps Architect performs technical planning, architecture
development and modification of specifications for cloud computing
environments supporting both a vendor SaaS-based ecosystem with
Salesforce and APIs and data constructs that live in Google, Azure
and/or Amazon PaaS or IaaS. Develops specifications for new IT
cloud computing products and service offerings. Assesses the
compatibility and integration of products/services proposed as
standards in order to ensure an integrated architecture across
interdependent technologies. Creates, maintains and ensures
functionality of and adherence to core DevOps fundamentals and
CI/CD pipelines, including environment strategy, deployments across
environments, performance and the like. Advises executives to
develop functional strategies (often segment specific) on matters
of significance. Exercises independent judgment and decision making
on complex issues regarding job duties and related tasks, and works
under minimal supervision, Uses independent judgment requiring
analysis of variable factors and determining the best course of
