Job Description:
This is an exceptional opportunity to work with a well-respected
company on a variety of large commercial projects with lots of
potential for growth.What You'll Be Doing As An Account Manager*
Responsible for selling company products, systems, and services in
assigned territory through indirect sales channels * Converts leads
into opportunities by assigning the appropriate sales process,
identifying the required project team members, making assignments,
and communicating the next steps in the process* Determines project
needs, constraints, and responsibilities to meet all of the
customer's HVAC system design and installation requirements*
Responsible for project selection, and potentially take-offs and
pricing on projects developed by the individual* Determines selling
strategy on projects designed.* Resolves submittal review with
engineer for approvals for fabrication* Provides total account
business activity reports and annual forecasts* Coordinates with
consulting engineers in writing project specifications. Coordinates
with Estimators in the interpretation of specifications and
preparation of proposals Qualifications* 3-5 years' experience as
System Sales/ Engineering Account Manager and/or Junior Account
Manager* 5 years HVAC industry experience including
Wholesale/Distribution, commercial HVAC equipment sales, system
design, and project management* BA or Master's Degree in
Engineering Management* Preferred: SAP certificates, Order of
Engineer Certificate, A/C Clinic Certificate* A self-motivated,
enthusiastic and outgoing professional with good communication
skills and friendly personality* A quick learner with a great
capability of adapting to new environment* Strong problem-solving
