  • Provide support to costumers dealing with electrical issues
  • Monitor shared email boxes and handle requests in a timely manner
  • Identify, communicate, and follow up on post-sales revenue opportunities
  • Triage calls/emails to ensure most effective resolution
  • Clear documentation of interactions in Global Warranty systemPreferred Knowledge & Skills
    • Electrical knowledge of home appliances is preferred
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
    • Experience with restaurant equipment service strongly preferred
    • 2+ years' experience in either remote technical support or field service support preferred
