Are you self-motivated and driven to achieve client success? Then Adecco has the perfect job for you! We are currently looking for energetic individuals to join our team for a 1 st shift Onsite Talent Consultant position located in Jeffersonville, IN! You will interview, hire and place qualified candidates with the primary focus on achieving customer results. You will also be responsible for associate engagement and interacting with client supervisors on a daily basis. The shift will be Monday-Friday from 8am-5:30 pm or 7 AM - 4:30 PM. Pay rate is $20/hr. This is a contract position, however there is an opportunity to go full-time for the right person! We are looking for an experienced recruiter who is self-motivated to meet their individual goals and support their team on-site. Interested applicants must meet the following criteria:

• 1+ year of previous recruiting experience and/or customer service experience
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) also required
• Capable of handling problem resolution in a calm and clear manner Responsibilities for this role include:
• Recruit potential applicants for current client openings.
• Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references, comparing qualifications to job requirements.
• Facilitate Adecco - specific on-boarding process.
• Engage onsite associates and supervisors daily to ensure client success metrics are being met
• Complete associate counseling in regards to performance and attendance when needed.
