Job Description The Inventory Representative will be responsible for providing needed administrative support of documentation and activity directly supporting the inventory and material control for the operation while serving HJI as a customer service liaison to partners and vendors. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: · Files receivables and shipments, maintains database, performs weekly physical counts of inventory, and reconciles actual stock count for reporting · Processes necessary receipts and documentation to invoice inspections or reworks and submits to accounting · Maintains spreadsheet of all nonconforming material processed through HJI · Receives, unpacks, and delivers supplies; re-stocks items as necessary; labels shelves · Acts as customer service liaison to partners and vendors fielding and troubleshooting needs as presented in appropriate fashion keeping HJI's standards of customer satisfaction in mind · Supplying parts to the customer as needed with quick runs using HJI vehicle MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Ability to manage Microsoft and Outlook applications with excellence
• Exceptional knowledge of HJI supplies, equipment, service ordering and inventory control, or equivalent experience with WMS systems
• Proven ability to analyze and solve problems
