Kforce has a client that is seeking a Business Analyst in Louisville, KY.

Summary:
The IT Business Analyst monitors and measures relevant performance metrics to assess the performance of IT resources and optimizes performance through process improvement activities. The IT Business Analyst work assignments are varied and frequently require interpretation and independent determination of the appropriate courses of action.

Duties:

• Business Analyst devises measures and targets to assess and optimize the performance of IT functions, services, projects and any related improvement initiative
  
• Identifies and analyzes performance measures and metrics, develops, and maintains balanced scorecards and dashboards, and evaluates and monitors performance in IT-related areas
  
• May include network performance management, application performance management (APM), (operating) system performance management (physical and virtual/cloud) and business transactions performance
  
• Understands department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives, including their linkages to related areas
  
• Business Analyst makes decisions regarding own work methods, occasionally in ambiguous situations, and requires minimal direction and receives guidance where needed
  
• Follows established guidelines/procedures
