project.Position SummaryCompletes all tasks related to the
production of precast concrete panels. This includes forming,
pouring, finishing and stripping operations. Demonstrates the
company values every day.Essential Duties and
ResponsibilitiesProduce high quality precast concrete panels that
meet engineering and PCI specificationsCarry out the daily
production plan as communicated by the Bed Lead and/or Plant
ManagerComplete tasks related to panel production:Build wooden
formsClean and maintains production bed.Install components such as
picks and JVI'sInstall and ties in rebar and meshPour and finishes
concreteStrip out panels after completionPatch and repair panels as
neededOperate heavy equipment such as forklifts, concrete trucks,
front end loaders, back hoes, and telehandlers in a safe and
responsible manner.Adhere to all safety rules and Bristol
guidelinesReport ALL accidents to the Plant Manger immediately and
completes an incident reportMaintain and improve housekeeping to
ensure a safe and productive workplace on an hour by hour, day by
day basisComplete daily preventive maintenance tasks as assigned,
including tool maintenanceKeep continuous improvement in the
forefront. Make suggestions for positive changes without
promptingPerforms other duties as assignedRequired SkillsAbility to
read blueprints as related to panel forming and productionExcellent
carpentry skills:Ability to accurately measure using a tape
measureAbility to operate power tools safely, accurately, and
