Additional responsibilities include ensuring compliance with sanitation, Safety, and GMP standards. This position is an assistant to the front-Production Supervisor. When absent the Production Supervisor will assume the necessary operational and administrative duties.The Team Lead is responsible for guiding the activities of department personnel to ensure efficient production processes and procedures. To include, identifying problems, bottlenecks in the production process and working to resolve those issues.Performs all tasks in accordance with GMP's, company policies and procedures.Partners with Training Leads to create training guidelines for department and ensures employees are properly trained. May act as trainer for positions within the department.Stay up-to-date on all Computer Based Training (CBT)Has working knowledge and/or the ability to operate all machines, cook areas and changeovers for the assigned department.Accountable for documentation, to include accurate completion of cleaning and audit forms, feedback and assisting with evaluations.Must embrace the TreeHouse Way and leads by example.Safely operates necessary equipment to meet the needs of the assigned taskStrives to achieve maximum production by coordinating activities and maintaining communications within the department and with all other departments.Actively supports and participates in cost saving initiatives including Continuous Improvement goals in safety, quality, production, and customer service.
