Military Veterans are Encouraged to Apply. -Akkodis is seeking a Service Desk Analyst for an onsite contract-to-hire position with a client located in Louisville, KY. The successful candidate must have experience working in an enterprise IT helpdesk, supporting end-users with their computing needs. The Service Desk Analyst will work with manufacturing plant location employees to make sure their hardware, software and network connectivity works properly. -Pay/Salary Range: - $20-25/hr W2; $45,000 upon conversion - -Service Desk Analyst -job responsibilities include: -Respond to tickets entered in SolarWinds; troubleshooting workable solutions for the end-user -Image and configure new laptops and PC's; Ship to end-users. -Document actions taken and communicate with end-user -Work with shop floor users on their IT needs - -QUALIFICATIONS: -Associate or Bachelor's Degree preferred, not required -Min 1 year of experience in a Helpdesk Support role. -Working knowledge of Windows OS. -Experience with Zebra printers, Servers and/or Network, Active Directory and Group Policy is a plus. - - -General hardware troubleshooting a plus -

Pay Details: $20.00 to $25.00 PER HOUR
