The successful candidate will be responsible for estimating and bidding on commercial, civil, and industrial construction projects. If you have a passion for construction and a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you.Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for construction projects
• Analyze project plans and specifications to determine project scope, timelines, and budget requirements
• Work closely with project managers, engineers, and architects to ensure accurate estimates
• Review and analyze subcontractor and vendor quotes to ensure competitive pricing
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, architects, and subcontractors
• Attend pre-bid meetings and site visits to gather information and assess project requirements
• Prepare and submit bids to clients in a timely and professional manner
• Provide guidance and support to junior estimators and team membersQualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience as a Construction Estimator
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
  • Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and industry standards
  • Experience with commercial, civil, and industrial construction projects
  • Ability to read and interpret project plans and specifications
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and construction estimating software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
