Data Quality Analyst (Remote)Covetrus is a global animal-health

customers around the globe.SummaryDue to our continuous growth, we
have an immediate opening for a Data Quality Analyst. This role is
responsible for ensuring data is transferred and maintained with
the highest fidelity to provide the best results for both data
partners and external conversion customers. This involves:
- Reviewing and ensuring integrity of transformed data
- Comparing transformed data to original data to ensure all
pertinent information is present
- Using queries and data comparison to identify missing data
gaps
- Collaborating with conversion team members to resolve data
discrepancies
- Testing updates and enhancements to migration utilities
- Researching and maintaining a working knowledge of integrated
software
- Researching new projects and concepts
- Modeling data requirements and reporting findings to
development team
- Maintaining a working knowledge of Covetrus' API
- Querying the API to provide reports for clients and internal
teams
- Creating, maintaining, and improving documentation
- Occasional weekend and after hours work as neededQualification:
- Familiarity with databases including, but not limited to,
Microsoft SQL, MySQL, Microsoft Access (ACE SQL), FoxPro/Dbase,
PostgreSQL, and non-queryable databases
- Ability to read, analyze, and understand data from a
database
- Basic SQL knowledge
- Basic C# or similar coding language knowledge is a plus
- Experience in the veterinary industry or with veterinary data
is also a plus
- Exceptional written and oral communications skills
- Capability to quickly learn and assimilate new skills and
technologies
- A positive attitude and ability to maintain the highest level
of professionalism
- Ability to perform well under pressure and be resourceful in
meeting our internal deadlines
- A college degree, technical certifications, or other equivalent
