Job Description:

Our client is currently seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for their food/beverage manufacturing facility in the Lexington, KY area.Responsibilities:*Ensure all resources are being used efficiently and effectively.*Ensure all subordinates are following all SOPs including OSHA, EPA, DHEC, NEC, USDA, and FDA*Direct mechanics for all maintenance work and ensure assignments are in relation to their skills.Control duration, cost, quality, and thoroughness of all work.*Assign and direct all PPM work orders.*Review and make adjustments to all planned job packages.*Ensure safe work practices are followed.*Oversee skills training and development of employees.*Confirm all work is reported through the CMMS daily.*Supervise all direct reports, complete reviews and provide constructive feedbackRequirements:*3+ years technical experience in Food/Beverage, Pharmaceutical, or Medical Device manufacturing*BS/BA degree from an accredited college or university preferred*Experience with preventative/predictive maintenance systems (CMMS).*Experience with PLC troubleshooting*Expereince with TPM systems/processes*Experience managing hourly personnel.*Strong analytical ability and Excellent communication skills*MUST be open to working a 2nd shift (4pm-1am) Monday - Friday**Interested candidates are encourage to email current resumes to jhoms judge.com**UI 679679
