DescriptionDesign, generate, and review reports using data from
different sources, with a primary focus on crafting comprehensive
Power BI dashboards and visualizations.Execute diverse data and
analytics projectsGather, process, and analyze data to generate
actionable insights that effectively support business
objectivesParticipate in the development of data and analytics best
practices, as well as data governance and data quality management
initiativesMonitors BI activity and sustains Power BI
ReportsFacilitate sessions with stakeholders to understand and
enhance business processes, producing documentation of process
requirements and details.Communicate timelines, progress reports,
and results to the Project Manager. Review the accuracy of
information provided and respond to advanced requests from
management, ensuring data integrity within Power BI reports.Job
RequirementsEmployee will use their 5 to 10 years of experience in
business systems analyst. B.S. Degree in Computer Science or
Information Technology from as accredited school/university. M.S.
Degree is preferred. Years of experience may be substituted for
education.
Prior work experience as a Data or Business Analyst with a track
record of manipulating, and extracting value from datasets
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Strong analytic and critical thinking skills.
Highly structured thinker, with the ability to be flexible and
pivot as need.
Minimum of three years' experience with Power BI.
Power Automate a huge plus.Experience with P6 and Deltek a plus.
Computer Skill Sets:Typical Business System Analyst
skills/qualifications, but may vary depending on project and client
needs: C, COBOL, Software Design, Software Documentation, Software
Development Process, Software Requirements, Analyzing Information ,
Teamwork, Software Maintenance, Written Communication, Promoting
