The opportunity
As the Staff Writeryou'll work closely within the Enterprise IT content group. You'll cover cybersecurity, networking, data centers, storage and other IT issues and solutions. You'll act as the subject matter expert and add authority to the vertical by bringing insights to the team from your day to day experience working as a writer or IT professional in the B2B technology industry.
You'll learn to conduct interviews, maintain a list of industry contacts, and use it to create content strategy within the vertical. You'll serve as the primary hands-on product reviewer for your verticals.

What you'll do

• Create evergreen content and feature stories to meet production goals at or above the 90% standard quality rating
  
• Intimately understand our targeted audience of enterprise technology researchers and purchasers
  
• Contribute to the content planning in consultation with the Managing Editor
  
• Collaboration with SEO, creative, and revenue teams to facilitate the publication of high quality content
  
• Contribute to content strategy growth through keyword research, buyer persona development and tailoring content to our funnel
  
• Able to research and analyze products using qualitative and quantitative measures to provide actionable insight to software buyers
  
  
  Who you are
  
  • 
    
  • 1+ years writing experience, ideally for a technology-focused B2B audience
    
  • Deadline-driven, with demonstrable project management experience
    
  • Experience working in a business environment and alongside a content team
    
  • Agile problem-solver that thrives on continuously pivoting strategies to drive business needs forward
    
  • You love finding new and creative ways to reach readers
    
  • Self-starter: somebody who has a positive attitude and is not afraid to roll up their sleeves and get some work done
    
  • Excellent communication skills: written, verbal, and visual

      TechnologyAdvice seeks to hire top-tier individuals across the world and intends for our compensation to be at a rate that allows us to recruit and retain individuals who align with our core values, purpose, mission, and vision.
      
      Final total compensation is based on a multitude of factors including, but not limited to, skill level, relevant experience to the position, and cost of labor.Annual pay range$65,000-$70,000 USD
