Job Description:

LHH is looking for a qualified Customer Service Representative in the Louisville, Kentucky area! This position is seeking a driven, organized, and experienced customer service professional to join their team that is rooted in the food and beverage industry. This fully-onsite position is located in the 40206 zip code, and reports directly to the Customer Service manager. This direct hire opportunity offers between $43,000 and $45,000 annually.

The duties are as follows:
-Working with sales and manufacturing
-Responsible for setting targets and achieving customer loyalty
-Improving customer service
-Ensuring a full understanding of customer requirements
-Coordinating incoming orders with production and shipping

The ideal candidate would have the following experience:
-2-3 years of experience in customer service
-Bilingual in Spanish is a plus- two openings: one bilingual and one non-bilingual
