Job Description:
Registered Nurse (RN) | Intensive Care Unit (ICU) / Critical
Care Location: Lexington, KY Agency: Lancesoft Inc Pay: $2,300 to
$2,500 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours
Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position 3
-4 weekend shifts per month (Friday or Saturday night) NIHSS, ACLS,
BLS required Strong Neuro Experience Required Previous travel
experience required • Airway management • Management of vented
patients • Artline management (Preferred for ER) • Management of
dysrhythmias • Central line management • Management of IV drips •
Isolation precautions • Triage skills (ER/ER Holding only) •
Computerized documentation • Nurse to patient ratios 1:1-2 • NIH •
Interpretation of ABGs • Interpretation of dysrhythmias •
Continuous IV sedation • Titration of IV vasopressors • 1.5 years
of recent experience • Management of patient with multisystem organ
dysfunction/failure Experience with: fempops, CEAs, post thoracic
surgeries, post cranis, neurosurgeries Special Equipments:
Extraventricular Drains (EVDs) Lumbar Drains CRRT Arctic Sun
Ventilators BIS Monitoring Train of Four Hemospheres Requirements ,
ACLS, BLS required 1.5 years of recent experience Experience with:
fempops, CEAs, post thoracic surgeries, post cranis, neurosurgeries
Strong Neuro Experience Required Previous travel experience
required 3 -4 weekend shifts per month (Friday or Saturday night)
Travelers must be more than 75 miles from the facility Floating:
travelers may float to different unit- Note: as needed per census.
If pulled to another ICU, still only take 2 patients. If pulled to
a telemetry unit, only takes 3 patients. EPIC is required Benefits
$150 as one time Joining Bonus
