OverviewThe national offices of the Presbyterian Church
(U.S.A.), based in Louisville Kentucky, serve with mid-councils,
congregations, worshipping communities, and partner organizations
to carry forth the mission of Jesus Christ. Approximately 400

to all people. This community comprises the staff of national
entities: the Interim Unified Agency, the Presbyterian Publishing
Corporation, Presbyterian Women, and the Administrative Services
Group.Position Purpose:--IT Infrastructure manages physical and
cloud-based technology systems and software and supports the use of
the systems. The IT Infrastructure lead is responsible for
overseeing the IT infrastructure systems and staff, both in-house
and outsourced, managing technology projects, and providing
high-level support as needed.--Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:Manages the IT Infrastructure department and
integrates with supporting organizations as requiredDevelops
strategies for providing local and cloud-based resources so that
staff can access and easily and reliably work with applications and
the supporting technology..Manages outsourced security and
technology support firmsHandles high-level administrative tasks in
Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS), and
other cloud-based infrastructure servicesMaintains PC(USA)'s
security baseline and assesses the security implications of all new
technology under considerationProvides high-level support for
applicationsOther duties as assigned.Essential Position
Requirements:Bachelor's degree in information technology or related
field or equivalent experience--Five years of experience in IT
management rolesAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Microsoft
Azure.--Solid experience with standard network technology, both
traditional and cloud-based.--Experience managing outsourced IT
resources such as Managed Services Providers.--Familiarity with
NIST frameworks or equivalents and current thinking on information
security.Excellent organizational and project management
skills.--Ability to interact and communicate with all levels of
staff, vendors, and consultants.--Has competent communication and
collaboration skills to establish priorities and resolve
conflicts.Helpful Skills:Have a deep understanding and commitment
to cultural and racial ethnic inclusiveness. --Values diverse
groups, ethnicities, genders, communities, cultural constituencies
and points of view. --Able to relate well to people from all walks
of life and of varying theological perspectives.--Ability to speak
one or more languages other than English very helpful.Required
